Meditation is a method for understanding our minds and ourselves more intelligently. Since I offer up a lot of body energy work, one can also get to know the energy of the mind. The king/queen (mind) the rules the kingdom (body). Meditation can offer a more holistic lasting change within our lives, and can give insight of ourselves when practiced regularly. I offer encouragement and unconditional openness if you want to explore the possibility of meditation.

I practise Samadhi Meditation, and it translates to peaceful abiding. It is not guided, only the seated posture is instructed for body comfort and care. We can meet at your home or mine, and in nature throughout the summer season—any peaceful place will do.
