Yoga Nidra

Yoga-nidra or "yogi sleep" is a sleep-like state which yogis report to experience during their meditations. Yoga nidra refers to the conscious awareness of the deep sleep state.

The practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. The autonomic symptoms of high anxiety such as headaches, palpitations, sweating, abdominal pain and gastrointestinal problems, respond well. Please bring a warm layer.

Spirit of the Bay - Spring Market

I am beyond excited to be part of the Spirit of the Bay - Spring Fair for their third annual gathering of artists, psychics, spiritual and wellness vendors.

Look for my for my booth, I’ll be giving out free 15 minute Zero Balancing sessions—this will be your chance to experience energetic healing. I will also will be doing a draw for a free full Zero Balancing assessment and treatment, so drop by to learn about all that I have to offer as a holistic healer!

The admission for this event is by donation only. All proceeds will be in support of the Light the Night Walk (Leukemia).

Pranassage Workshop

This workshop will introduce you to Pranassage. Working in pairs we will explore connections with others in a way where both the giver and receiver benefit from the practice.  Looking at how the pranas (life forces) show up in our bodies through yoga postures and the healing benefits. The receiver will experience deep relaxation as the giver receives a yoga posture that feels good in their body as well.  You will get to experience being both the giver and receiver. Sign up with a friend or partner.
