Beginner Yoga

This beginner series is designed as an introduction to the practice of Yoga. We start from the ground up, learning about yoga philosophy & terminology, basic fundamental poses and breathing techniques. The class is taught at a slower pace with emphasis on proper body alignment to help you develop flexibility, strength, balance and peace of mind. Bring a yoga mat and water.
